
End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of the Dynamo Summer Camp Invoicing App (“Application”), operated by Dynamo Volleyball, Inc., operating as Dynamo Volleyball Club (“Dynamo”).
The Application is a private business tool. It is not offered for sale or general public use.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use the Application.
2. Authorized users
Access is limited to Dynamo employees, directors, contractors or other individuals who have been expressly authorized by Dynamo.
Authorized users are responsible for:

Protecting their account credentials.

Using the Application only for approved Dynamo business.

Maintaining the confidentiality of registration and accounting information.

Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time.
3. Licence
Dynamo grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Application solely for Dynamo’s registration, invoicing and related administrative activities.
No ownership interest in the Application is transferred under this Agreement.
4. Permitted use
Authorized users may use the Application to:

Review applicable registration information.

Search for existing QuickBooks customers and invoices.

Create customers and invoices as part of an approved Dynamo workflow.

Record invoice information in an authorized Dynamo spreadsheet.
-
Perform reasonable testing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Prohibited use
Users must not:

Access the Application without Dynamo’s authorization.

Use the Application for personal or unrelated commercial purposes.

Attempt to bypass its security or access controls.

Introduce malicious code or interfere with its operation.

Access or disclose information without a legitimate Dynamo business purpose.

Copy, modify or distribute the Application except as authorized by Dynamo.

Use the Application in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms.
6. Third-party services
The Application uses services provided by Google and Intuit, including Google Workspace, Google Apps Script and QuickBooks Online.
Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms, availability and privacy practices. Dynamo does not control and is not responsible for changes, interruptions or errors originating from third-party services.
7. User responsibility and invoice review
The Application is intended to support Dynamo’s administrative processes. It does not replace human review or professional accounting advice.
Authorized users remain responsible for confirming that customer details, prices, taxes, invoice descriptions and other transaction information are accurate before an invoice is sent or otherwise relied upon.
8. Privacy
Personal information processed through the Application is handled according to the Dynamo Summer Camp Invoicing App Privacy Policy.
Users must only access personal information when required for an authorized Dynamo purpose.
9. Ownership
Dynamo retains all rights and interests in the Application, including its workflows, configuration, documentation and related materials, except for third-party technology owned by Google, Intuit or other service providers.
10. Availability and changes
Dynamo may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Application at any time. Dynamo does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamo disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in this Agreement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Termination
This licence ends immediately when:

The user’s authorization is withdrawn.

The user no longer works with or provides services to Dynamo.

The user violates this Agreement.

Dynamo discontinues the Application.
When access ends, the user must stop using the Application and return or securely delete any Dynamo information in their possession, subject to applicable retention requirements.
14. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Manitoba and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
15. Changes to this Agreement
Dynamo may update this Agreement when the Application or its operating requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
